Brad has over 25 years of C-Suite experience. As President and CEO of Alps Wire Rope Corporation, a successful global organization, he oversaw all aspects of corporate management, guidance, and strategy. Because of the requirements of that position, he is a seasoned world traveler, and brings that experience wisdom and expertise to PMI Grand Traverse; with an emphasis on providing world class management practices to a premier property management organization in the Grand Traverse area.
Patti has completed the extensive Property Management Inc. training required to manage short term vacation rentals, and is certified in the PMI Purify Housekeeping program. She has a background in Interior design and will be assisting in the set up, staging, inspection and management of the rental properties. Patti has a heart for people, hospitality, and service, and brings that experience to PMI Grand Traverse.
